Player & Visitor Terms and Conditions
1.
Play at Own Risk – All players participate entirely at their own risk.
No Liability for Injuries – De Doorns Padelgo is not responsible for any injuries sustained on the premises, including those resulting from accidents, negligence, or gross negligence.
2.
Safe Play Protocol – Players must read and follow the Safe Play Protocol displayed at the court, including proper warm-up before playing.
Follow Padel Tennis Rules – All games must be played according to the official rules of Padel Tennis.
3.
Appropriate Footwear – Non-marking sports shoes must be worn to protect the court surface.
Good Behaviour Required – Respectful conduct is expected from all players and spectators. No abusive language, intimidation, or unsportsmanlike behaviour.
4.
Respect Court Bookings – Players must start and finish their sessions on time.
Lost or Stolen Items – The club accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left unattended or lost on the premises.
5.
No Food or Glass on Court – Only water or sports drinks in plastic bottles are allowed on the court.
No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the court area.
6.
Children Supervision – Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times unless participating in an organised junior session.
No Alcohol on Court – Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the playing surface.
7.
Health Responsibility – Players are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
Report Hazards Immediately – Any damage to equipment or unsafe conditions must be reported to staff immediately.
8.
Proper Use of Equipment – Club racquets and balls must be treated with care and returned after use.
Spectator Areas – Non-players must remain off the court and in designated viewing areas.
9.
No Animals on Court – With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted on the court surface.
Photography & Media – By entering the premises, players agree they may be photographed or filmed for club promotion unless they request otherwise.
10.
Court Care – Avoid hitting the walls or glass with racquets unnecessarily.
No Unauthorized Coaching – Only authorised coaches may run lessons on the court.
11.
Adverse Weather – The club may close the court if weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, strong wind).
Fees & Cancellations – Court bookings must be paid for as per the club’s payment and cancellation policy.
12.
No Commercial Use – Courts cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission from the club.
Follow Staff Instructions – Club staff have the right to enforce these terms and may remove anyone not complying.
13.
Right of Admission Reserved – The club reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone in breach of these terms.
